My rotary cutter is not used for photographs - everything else - to trim or resize paper, articles, newsletters clippings, schoolwork. It is so easy to use, portable and having the ability to replace or use different blades is great.

Carl Professional cutters are absolutely a time saver for card maing and scrapbooking. I've owned mine now for 5 years and wouldn't trade it for any other. Have the necessary cutting blades available to exchange works absolutely great.
