We have a home business doing tax preparation among other things, so our printers (1 3-in-1, 1 4-in-1) get more than their fair share of workouts. The sheets are an easy, incredibly effective, useful product to have around. Saves a lot of time and crankiness from when I used to have to clean the machines by hand. We do sometimes have to run sheets through twice, but that's generally if we've run more than about three reams through the printer w/o cleaning it. I definitely recommend this if you're tired of doing the Q-Tip & rubbing alcohol method of printer cleaning. And they actually work better than the brand name, manufacterer recommended (& sold at a high cost of course) sheets.

I went to Staples because my printer appeared to need cleaning. This product was the only one available. Especially given its price, the Inkjet Cleaning Kit performed poorly and ranks among the worst products I have purchased.

In the end, nothing worked on my printer - the problem was that it wasn't printing B&W. So, this may work for people with certain problems, like lines on either side of the printout (from ink on the rollers?). For me it did no good... And it was expensive...

I purchased this in a last ditch effort to keep an older printer. Unfortunately, it didn't work and I did have to replace the printer. But, I did find this product easy to use, and seemed to do a good job cleaning out the years of ink build-up.
