The printed codes on box were smeared, so I was unable to determine if this product was possibly outdated. It tasted a bit stale and unpleasant, particularly if you used more than one in a cup of coffee.\n\nThe Coffeemate product we've been using tastes much better than this. I bought it mostly as a filler so I could get free shipping on another purchase, but I wish I'd just paid the shipping instead.\n\nI expect better than this from both Staples and Land-O-Lakes.

I have a coffeemaker at my desk. These are perfect... I don't have to get up to walk to the refrigerator to get milk or have to use non-dairy creamer. I had seen these at various company's breakrooms and was ecstatic when they finally became available on Staples.

A popular wholesale club has these at less than half the price for a 188ct box. These things have a shelf life of about 3-4 months. Not hydrogenated like non-dairy creamer, which is a positive and a negative.. you'll need to shake them before use if they've been sitting around too long.

Service & Delivery comments:

These things have a shelf life of about 3-4 months. I bought these when they were on sale, and, big surprise, when they got here they were one week from expiration. When they sent the replacement order, those too had the same expiration date, and were actually expired at that point. The second replacement order finally came through with half the cases with 2 months till expiry, and half with 3 months. Also, staples was supposed to pick up the expired ones, and it took them about 10 days to do so, despite customer service's insistence that they've been showing up every day to take them.
