I'm glad everybody else seems to have had success with this product and has given it good reviews, BUT... It was fairly easy to set up, but on the second attempt to use the label printer, it jammed, eating a label and forcing little shreds of unremovable sticky paper into the slot for the print head. Dead printer. I tried to clean it, no luck, and the thing is too cheap to send back. It went into the garbage can a week after purchase. There is NO PROVISION other than returning it for repair for a seriously stuck label. Would never purchase again.

I liked this product so much, I bought two - one for my home and one for the office. It makes my life so much easier. I print labels as needed instead of wasting a whole sheet. People will comment on how professional they look.

This product is very affordable. It probably pays for itself by saving time and making the user more productive. Changing labels sizes is so easy. You don't need directions to make sure you're loading them correctly. Everything about this product is straightforward. The labels are a nice, vivid color. I've never torn one accidentally. In addition, you don't waste paper with the Brother labels. Only the backing is discarded.

Brother is excellent about providing support for this product. As soon as the newest operating system was released, they provided a link to download a compatible driver if needed.

There are very few cons about this product. I've noticed that some of my labels did not remain a crisp white color on boxes that have been in storage. It didn't matter though because it was not something I looked at everyday. Also, most retailers only have the basic sized labels - return address, file folder and shipping labels.

Good luck finding a better machine!
