This is the worst fax machine that I have ever had. Would not work from day one. Called company and walked through set up and it still wouldnt work correctly.

You have to replace ink too often. Machine says ink is empty and it's not. We never use the colored ink and we had replace all three colored inks in one day. If you don't replace ink with a BRAND NEW one it will not work. DO NOT buy this machine, unless you like flushing your money down the toilet.

The black ink runs out too quickly. We have NEVER used the color ink and it has run out and you cannot use the machine without ink. So we have to purchase ink that we have never used. I hate this machine!!
