At first I was a little surprised when I discovered that it came in 3 pieces. I thought now great I am going to have to drill six holes. That was not the case when I found out they interlocked. The tab that locks them together was not cleared of a small amount of plastic residue and would not interlock until I took a razor cutter and removed it. As I discovered you can stack them or put them next to each other( BUT THEN YOU HAVE TO DRILL THOSE EXTRA HOLES)

I use these to sort all kinds of files and papers. They are not the strongest in the world but at [$] for 3 bins versus over $50 for Rubermaid, I am perfectly happy. I have not had any of the problems with getting cut or breaking parts as others have noted.

I ordered 4 of these wall files and all 4 had parts of plastic that cut me and were cracked. I would not suggest for you to even sell these. They are very dangerous.
