works good can't figure out why the refill costs more then the pen. They stopped carrying the ballpoint version over the Gel ink version at the local staples. Don't like the Gel Versions

Bought a set in-store and loved them. Went back to buy more and could only special order them. They frequently act as though they have run out of ink, and I have to scribble on a sheet of paper to get them to work. Not sure why.

Boss (attorney) likes it because he doesn't lose the cap and consequently does not smear anywhere. Has a nice grip and is a little fancy. I like it for everyday use.
