Cheap means in this case...among the lowest price for a 36pak of 55yd rolls of packing tape. It also means tape that only reluctantly sticks to normal cardboard, and always requires you to run your fingernails across it repeatedly to get it to stick. It is thin & will break if put under real pressure. So, it often requires using twice the amount of tape to secure a package. But the price is good.

I use the tape to seal boxes and tape shut bubble wrap for antiques I sell online. I find your tape to be poor quality. It is too thin. If it gets away from you and the end seals back to the roll it shreds into little pieces or thin strips instead of coming off cleanly as one piece. I end up loosing several feet of tape every time this happens. If the tape was thicker this wouldn't happen.
