I don't use this for business but have been using it consistently for the past 9 months or so. I really like it and haven't had the jamming problems that others have apparently had. This doesn't mean it doesn't have jamming problems but in my experience I think I've only had it jam once. Of course I might just be lucky because judging by the number of negative reviews it does seem to be a widespread problem.\n\nDespite that my experience has been extremely positive. It powers through pretty good size stacks of paper. I regularly use it for 25 sheets of 24lbs paper. I think the main limit is the size of the staple because at beyond that point there really isn't enough staple to hold it together.\n\nBottom line is my experience has been extremely positive and I would recommend it based on that. However all the negative reviews do speak quite loudly as well. If you do purchase make sure you try it out enough so if it breaks you can return it.

I would recommend strongly that you DO NOT buy this stapler. It jams consistently, 3-4 times a day and it's very difficult to get the jammed staples out. Please see the other reviews, this is a common problem with this stapler.

I bought one of these and after one week of use it jams every time. I have to remove the jammed staple reset the strip of staples and try again. Now every time I pick it up to use it I pray it will not jam. Most of the time it does but every once in awhile I get lucky and it will work. I thought paying [$]I would get a great product that would staple through 20 sheets of paper. I was wrong, sadly.

We really like the concept, but the product is not reliable, and we end up fixing the jams more than we end up using the stapler.\n\nI was going to replace all our desk staplers with this model because the concept is so great, maybe you can update it and fix the problems.

I bought one of these and it stapled perfectly once, then it jammed after the second try. I took it back to the store and got a replacement, the new one jammed the same way. I haven't gotten around to returning it yet, I am going to get a basic model that works next time. But really, what good is a stapler if it won't staple? It isn't a lot to ask.
