My wrist and forearm were hurting from all the "mousing" I have to do. At home I have one of those gel pads and it works very well. I saw this at Staples so I figured I would try it out.\nIT WORKS REALLY WELL!!! The pain I used to have in my forearm has disappeared. If you work on a computer frequently, I encourage you to buy one of these, or a similar product to help prevent carpal tunnel syndrome.
