As a professional organizer, I recommend these folders to all of my clients. They are easy to use and much more durable than the insertable tabs which crack and fall out after time. While it may be a little more time consuming to insert the conventional label, I often use a label maker to create stick on labels.

These hold up great except for the inside pocket for CDs....just made of paper and glue. The tabs are a great idea and very useful. Using those hold ones was a real chore!
