Very disappointed in this item from a company that used to be top notch. Failed after short use. [...] Plugs are poorly designed and difficult to use. Last TrippLite product I will buy - the company has clearly changed for the worse and a UPS is too important to play games with.

I lost one computer due to the power company turning the electric on and off 3 times within 60 seconds - that fried it. This battery back up thing saved the day - i was in the middle of writing up a lengthy contract - the power went out and the computer kept on running - i should have gotten one of these a long time ago
