This phone has good features and adequate sound quality. However the speaker phone doesn't work on my unit, nor did it ever. Also there is a delay between entering the numbers and the phone actually processing them.\nHowever,it does do the job and was decent value for the money.

After having to throw out 3 RCA phones due to loud humming/buzzing noise, we purchased these and they are handling our needs fine. There is a delay when dialing but that doesn't affect us. Easy to install, much higher quality than the other phones we had! Glad we switched!
