After purchasing the first one it failed in under 8 months. The second was purchased thinking the first must be a fluke lasted 13 months. There will be no third purchase and when I contacted WD they told me that it must be a microsoft problem. Funny that neither will also not work on a mac machine. Moving back to Seagate products as they are tried true and tested.
