Very difficult to use. The thing will not pull staples, I need to hit the stapler each time before it will staple anything. I would never buy this product again - much to frustrating.

We didn't get to the sixth staple before it jammed. We got it unjammed and it jammed and the same a third time. As difficult as it is to unjam we were ready to throw it through the window.

7 OF THESE PRODUCTS ARE IN USE IN OUR OFFICE AT THIS TIME. MOST ARE LESS THAN 2 YEARS OLD. IN THE PAST WHEN THE STAPLERS JAMMED I WAS ALWAYS ABLE TO GET THE JAM REMOVED AND THE STAPLER WOULD BE FINE. NOW WHEN IT JAMS IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO REMOVE THE JAM AND ONCE IT IS REMOVED THE ENTIRE MECHANISM IS FROZEN AND CAN NO LONGER BE USED. I UNDERSTAND THERE IS A WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT BUT UNFORTUNATELY HAVING TO MAIL IT BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER MEANS BEING WITHOUT A STAPLER FOR A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF TIME.\nAT THIS TIME I AM ORDERING A DIFFERENT BRAND IN THE HOPES THAT IT WILL WORK BETTER AND LAST ALOT LONGER.
