It's just very easy to use and remove. The carbon copies work great so that you can still read the messages once the top copy is gone!

The individual note are very difficult to tear along the perferations. It takes longer to tear the message out than it does to verbally deliver the message. Because the individual sheets are difficult to tear the messages end up ripped and the book becomes a mess.
