I searched and searched for a desk for my home office. I finally found this desk at Staples.com. I could not be happier! I used to sit facing the corner wall and now I can see out the window as I do not use this as a corner desk!! A lot of workspace and it looks great. My Husband assembled it in 1 hour and 15 minutes and it was well worth it.
Thank you, I would recommend this desk to anyone.

I searched for quite some time to find just the right desk for my 9x12 home office. I didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars, didn't want a lot of bells and whistles, just a basic, solid, roomy desk. I found it in this model! I was able to put it together by myself in about 4 hours. Assembly was pretty easy, and the only thing I found that was "wrong" was that the desk trim on the front was cut slightly longer than it should have been and I had to shave about 1/4" off the end to make the corners all line up properly. You should probably know that the riser on this desk is pretty high, but is just right for me (I'm 5'9"), so a shorter person probably wouldn't be happy with sitting their monitor up there. The desk is very solid and would definitely require 2-3 people to support the joints during a move as it is a little heavy and awkward. I also bought the matching 2-door storage cabinet and it sits atop my lateral file perfectly. The only design flaw is that the doors aren't flush at the top and there is an unfinished stabilizing bar that you can see. I wish it was finished so it wouldn't be so noticeable. But, overall, these two units were a VERY good buy!

I like the desk. I'm a gamer and it gives me plenty of space for my needs. Just wish the keyboard tray was big enough for my keyboard and mouse. I prefer to keep the 2 side by side. Also wish it had at least one filing cabinet drawer and a few shelves. But other than those minor issues i would still recommend it to anyone wanting a good, sturdy and nice looking corner desk.
