This is a great little binder! Try this if you can't decide whether to buy a higher priced 1/2" three-ring binder or a "grade school" type three-prong report cover. I used this for a training handout that needed a touch of professionalism (not the dreaded staple in the corner). This report cover easily held a 35-page training handout. The best thing was that it looks sharp, the pages slide easily over the plastic rings, and lay flat in the cover. You can even make last minute page changes, unlike a spiral bound document. Perfect for a professional training session.

[...] No matter how gently we undid the binding strips, many broke before we could add pages. It was also difficult to slide a cover into the clear sleeve. Overall, this was a terrible experience, especially from an Avery product.

This has been a great option when the must-haves were: clear front cover, lightweight, 3 ring, flexible, lay flat for presentations.

There are a couple of flexible 3 ring binders, but this one uses plastic strips instead of metal rings.

Meets all requirements above but is a pain if you need to insert a page. Since these are plastic strips, you'll need to take almost everything out before slipping in a new page.

I use it to hold my favorite recipes and love it because it will hold flat on the counter and keep my recipes clean at the same time!!
