This chair is comfortable, while it last. Frame bent after only a couple of months, causing it to lean to one side. The bungee cords that make up the seating surface are fairly comfortable in thicker clothes but can become painful when wearing lighter clothes. Nice idea, but end product just doesn't hold up to normal use.

I use this chair to work on the computer and customers. I sometimes sit for long periods of time. This chair is great, it removes any stress points on my lower back and the chair forms to youre shape. The seat area hurts some where the screws hold the bungie cords in place and the seat could be bigger. The design works well for those who work and have a disability, but it can't keep your but warm. I use a throw on the seat to help with this. Overall this is a great chair.

We bought 2 last year because Staples stopped making another great chair. Since we sit for long periods of time, the "air flow" seats were perfect, especially during hot summers here in NY. We just bought 2 more and one employee has traded the other great chair we wanted initially, for one of these.

I purchased this chair a couple of years ago. The adjustment mechanism for the back of the chair broke. Repalcement parts from the manufacturer are unavailable.

Ordered this chair 7/27/2007. On 12/1/2007 the chair broke. Something let go in the mechanism that allows the back of the chair to recline. The "Seat posture adjustment" lever no longer has any effect. Without seeing a working chair, cannot tell what exactly is wrong, by there is a heavy chromed bolt that is loose, and probably should not be.

Four months use is a not a good deal.

In construction this chair seems a notch about the usual inexpensive office chair. Free air circulation makes this chair much more comfortable on hot days.

Design-wise this chair is a near miss. Not by any means fancy, but generally well done - with one exception: There is not quite enough support on the back of the seat, and the metal frame there is too close. This might not be an issue for someone lighter than my 240lbs. Fairly small design changes could remove this problem.

Note also that the covering on the elastic is a bit rough. Does not bother me, but might be move of a problem for someone more thinly clad or more sensitive.

I cannot quite recommend this product as-is.
