I bought this on clearance 9/15 for [$] at my local store in NY. I had a brother mfc210c for 4 yrs, it stopped working for 3 days saying "unable to clean" and i just couldnt figure out how to fix it. So I bought this one. Set up took about 10 minutes. USE THE CD!The touch screen us cool, the handset on the phone is even cooler. I make my kids use the phone on the fax machine to keep my home/business phone line clear. The copies were good. And putting my sd card in the rnter and seeing the pics on the t ouch screen was really nice. All in all I like it so far. Go to the store to see if its on clearance b4 buying online for [$]. Oh and the printer was very quiet. my other brother was noisy!

Wanted an all in one that could also do great photos - this was definitely not the one - the photos we printed were just terrible - worst I have ever seen any printer do. We took it back to the store the next day and ordered an Epson Artison 800 - which hasn't come yet - so the jury is still out on whether we have solved our problem. (I gave it a 2 instead of a 0 since I didn't get to try it's other features....)
