Product works just fine, and prints clean labels. Downsides are: 1 - default font size is large, with broad margins. If you don't remember to change size amd reduce margins, you'll waste a lot of tape; and 2 - display is dim, without backlighting. Not all that difficult to read, but would be much nicer if brighter or backlit.
