I needed a wider bookshelf for my home office that would match my computer desk. This fit the bill well. I was very pleased that it was almost a perfect match, because I bought it "sight unseen". My son was able to put it together without difficulty in about an hour. It is sturdy enough for my heaviest books.

I use this product in a spare bedroom for books, supplies and displaying pictures. The price point was perfect for this area of my home. The color of the bookcase was nice, and it did not look cheaply made. I would recommend this to a bargain hunter.

Photo in catalogue shows a pale color of wood grain. The reality is that the bookshelf is much darker than shown. Was disappointed as it doesn't match other light furniture in my office.
