Purchased this recently so there's not a lot of history. It cuts well, but doesn't do too well with the 10 sheets they claim. That's not a big deal though. The cuts are clean and the cutter works well.

We just purchased the Carl Rotary Paper Cutter and have used it for one project. It worked perfectly. Our job went smoothly and we love the clear straight edge so we can see through to what we are trimming. It's nice and light, very sharp and easy to use.

I like the extra wheel storage box. Would also suggest a hanging/storage hook. This is great for small projects. I purchased it primarily to make perforations on tickets and to replace a very old paper cutter. The interchangeable rotary wheels open up endless possibilities. This would be great for serious scrap-bookers as well. It is large enough to offer a stable base for your stock and light enough to store out of the way or bring with you for projects away from the office or home.
