Delivery was prompt. The chair did not arrive in good condition. I sent an email concerning the arm that was damaged and have not heard anything back yet !!!

chair is great; i bought it and spent more than I wanted because I wanted to make sure I got a very padded chair. I work out of my computer about 6-8 hours per day and the old chair started hurting my bottom after 1/2 hr! This chair has great padding, ergonomic, adjustable in every possible way. Only a few cons: it creaks on certain turns and it doesn't roll that well on thicker carpet but well on thin carpet or hard floors. Material is durable, looks good, easy to clean; the mesh is good because you don't sweat when in contact with it and stays cool to the touch. If it can last me a few years, it will be worth the price.
