I've had Cross pens for the last 15 years. I bought this one to replace a very good pen. It is too tight to twist. My previous pen, perhaps because I had it for many years, was much easier to use.

I bought this pen as a gift for my 89 year old dad. He wanted something small and easy to hold onto. He's thrilled with the pen and said it wrote smoothly with the first stroke out of the package.
