Customize your foot position for your own comfort with adjustable tiltand height feature - tilts 30 degrees forward or back while the height adjusts to 4-1/8", 4-7/8" or 5-5/8". The unique locking mechanism either holds the foot rest in its preferred position or allows you to rock freely back and forth to help stimulate foot and leg circulation. No bending or stooping - footrest adjusts using foot pressure.

not easy to adjust height!

While it does seem to be easy to adjust the tilt on this foot rest, it is a real nuisance to adjust the height. To do so you must remove four screws (if you can find the Phillips head screwdriver, long!), this sounds easy but they are located in a narrow channel making them hard to access, then once you get them out, be VERY careful removing the plastic adjustment piece as it felt ready to snap (lucky it did not) Now that I have set the height, I will never move it!
On a positive note, once the adjustments are made, the foot rest is quite comfortable.
