It's the PERFECT File Sorting Stand!

Can't reverse the wheels, Too TIGHT between levels

Personnel & Benefits filing in small file room. Sort it and file it without any lost motion. This is great when used in tandem with a pair of accordian files. I recommend it highly. It's build solid and looks good. ONLY negative comment I could make is that you can NOT reverse the wheels to put the swivel wheels on the opposite side. Probably only affects my operation. Still well worth the price.
