I use the product when doing personal, at home computer work. It is comfortable when I'm in my stocking feet. However, it does not roll back and forth as shown on the instruction sheet. The other recommendation is to add more height to it, as it like to have my feet lifted as much as possible when working at the computer for long periods.

Construction is fine but impossible to move the foot rest around without the foot pad coming off of the stand and it's very difficult to get the stand put back in place. Am returning this and looking into other options.
