The prior product cost $10 for a PAIR of frames. Of course that did not include the hanging folders, but they do not cost much separately.

The side bars on the rack turned out to be adjustable-- just use pliers to bend the bars in at the notch that suits the length you need. It wasn't easy, but it was doable. Doing this, we got this 18 inch rack to fit perfectly in my 16 inch drawer. Its working out very nicely, great product :)

I got this mainly for the file frame but did like the colored files too. It went together like the other ones I've gotten in the past. The metal was a little oily and my hands were dirty by the time I finished putting it together. Not really a problem.
