I like this monitor lots, though it took some effort to find out how to plug and play. The manufacturer told me to talk to the pc manufacturer and vice versa. I'm proud to report that google saved the day. I just googled for setup for an Acer Aspire One external keyboard and, voila, there was a link for a YouTube on the very subject that walked me through the steps. I'm very happy with it, my neck loves it and the resolution is beautiful.

This is a very good monitor that's not too big/not too small in size; it comes in cardboard box, and easy to carry from store to car or on public bus/train. Monitor remains in frontal fixed position, which is fine with me, as I don't need to adjust screen for any reason. It's so light you can pick it up and move it where you want it. Have not tried to view CD's or DVDs on this item so can't comment, but it has sharp image & vivid/clear color. Very good buy for the money! Would buy another if needed.
