Freestanding storage shelf unit is made of steel posts and particleboard shelves

Shelving stores up to 600 lbs. of supplies, files or product per shelf if evenly distributed. Unit may be assembled vertically or horizontally using no bolts or screws. Assembles easily with rubber mallet in 15-30 minutes.

We needed these shelves for storage, but so far they've been sitting in the storage room in pieces. Next time I'll buy something with nuts and bolts -- it'll be easier.
