it's a nice little scanner for scanning little receipts. i have a all-in-one- printer at home, but the automatic feeder only takes the regular size paper. it's so time consuming to open and close the cover to scan little receipts. although it's slower than the regular scanners, but it's so convenient for road-warrior.

I have used many scanners over the years, including other portables, specifically Visioneer. Even taking into account this is a portable, the resulting images of plain text from very good originals is truly lousy. I call it unacceptable--even set at 300dpi and 1.9M filesize.

Difficult to get the unit to start scanning. Often scans crooked. I use it when there is no other option, If it worked better I would use it every day.
