the battery does not last as long as i would have hoped. i never expected to get 250 hrs stand by, but it needs a re-charge after about 40. i would have liked it to have a similar usb charger as my phone has, so i didnt need to carry around an additional charger.very easy to set up.

I just couldn't get this unit to fit my ear right, after trying all the adapters and the hook. The way they connected the ear hook to this device is horrible in my opinion and when I did think I had it comfortably fit, then I coudln't ever hear anyone. I had owned a previous Jabra model and loved it, this one was a disappointment for me, therefore I returned it.

I bought this for my husband's phone, but can't get it to find his phone. It will connect wtih my phone, but not his. Don't know why. The part that goes behind the ear isn't fully adjustable. It has two differet slots for an unflexible hook that goes around the ear. It also has an ear loop, but it is so small I don't see how it could fit anyone's ear.
