I use this in my home office. It replaced my bluetooth keyboard and mouse set from Dell, which I dumped do to connection problems. While the Logitech set is far superior to my old set, I still have the occasional connectivity loss. The set was a great buy and an excellent choice.

The button on the right side of the mouse makes it impossible for me to use. I either keep flying back to the previous page on the internet or inserting a spade symbol in all of my documents. I can't figure out how to disable it so that I can use the thing. My son is having the same problem. I've just switched back to using my laptops because this mouse is out of control for me. I thought I was buying the best--had the same top of the line from Logitech before (twice) and loved it. However, the newly designed mouse with the button on the right side is wrong!! I am really disgusted that I spent so much for what I have always considered to be a quality product, and now I just can't use my desktop without the cursor flying everywhere. Have tried to figure how to keep my fingers away from that side of the mouse, and it just doesn't work.

Have always used an external keyboard with my laptop for prolonged periods of writing. Also allows me to use the PC ways of deleting in 2 directions which is not a feature of the MAC.
The keys to the Logitech move more smoothly and fit my fingers better than the Microsoft keyboard I have in another office space.
The mouse to this Logitech, however, is lighter than an earlier Logitech external ergnonomic keyboard I still have. Sometimes the mouse has connectivity issues. Sometimes it is due to the battery connectors, sometimes the reason is a mystery.
