Used only once for outdoor service. The overall size and low-profile of the drawer is great, didn't have to use the coin slots so no opinion here, but I've had a few problems with the button that would not release the drawer.

I am using the drawer to manage daily cash sales. The overall size and low-profile of the drawer is great. However, the coin slots are very small and not adequate for daily usage. Otherwise, the drawer is ideal for my purposes.

Junk-doesn't work out of the box

Bought to use in a concession trailer, but could not get it to work right out of the box. First, the button would not release the drawer. A few swipes with a file on the tip of the latch got that working OK, but then the button kept sticking in the unlocked position (not caused by the little bit of filing because it was sticking before it was filed). Once I got the drawer to open, I could not get it to stay shut until I pushed the button back out from the inside of the drawer. Were it not for those 2 quality control issues, it would be a passably good product (if it held up under use)!

The media slot and compact size I thought would be nice and its well built but I have trouble sliding in checks and card slips and I'm finding it a little too compact. I will be replacing it with a five slot in the near future. Its a good unit, but is not working out for me. If you are a busy vendor, i recommend a larger unit.
