I purchased this for my husband. It is a very good program, however, she needs to introduce less letters at a time and repeat them more. I also would like to be able to print some of the result pages. The reports section gives a summary and a graph but I can't print certain page results that he needs. The practice games make it more fun to learn too. All in all, this is a great program and I highly recommend it.

This software may be acceptable to someone that already knows how to type and is looking to improve speed. As a beginner, or beginning program for someone is a severe disappointment. Software contains a flaw that shifts from beginner setting to advanced after the introduction of #'s 9 & 10 keys (e & i). Manufacturer acknowledges only that there is a "minor glitch" that only occurs at that time. This is false. It occurs at that time and continues until you reach advanced levels. No patch or replacement software has been produced and the workaround they offer doesn't work. Customer Service is a joke - they treat you like a moron or give you automated responses that do not help.

I bought the program as therapy for my right hand. I had to exchange it. The second copy gives me the message that the install wizard did not work properly. [...] the second copy is producing the same result as the first. I have been unable to exchange the second copy[...].If I can get the program running properly,I believe it will have great theraputic value.
