There are lots of Disk label packages out there but generally you print two disk labels to a page then throw the rest of the sheet away. The Memorex format includes useful spine labels for disks going on bookcases in plastic jewel box cases and multi-use labels that that work well as mailing labels. Six labels to a sheet and all 6 are easily useable.
