I purchased MS office suite for my son's laptop for high school. He only needed Word, but I still installed the entire office suite. This was a mistake, the software requires so much memory to run it slowed down his older laptop. Why is it that all these software engineers write programs that take up so much memory. His old 2003 MS Office (Word,Excel,&Power point) never created this problem. Now I'll have to uninstall it and try installing just Word, or forget 2007 and go back to Word 2003.
