Had to get Microsoft remote assistance to get system installed and running.

Once up and running its great, but, a real problem to get installed and running, if you have previous versions and a non-MSN ISP.

I upgraded from Windows Mail to Outlook. I already purchased Office Home & Student which did NOT include Outlook, and later decided that I needed Outlook for my new business. I know it's a small thing, but to me it's huge. There are NO THEMES or STATIONERY available! Why??? Because I didn't purchase Outlook bundled with the Office Suite, but bought it separate. Quite a crock. I recommend it highly, but make sure you buy it bundled together with the suite.

Email should be separately, there is too much going on in one page. Calendar, to do bars, email and in box's are too much. Staple had the best prices, with full version.

I was very disappointed that I could not figure, nor could I get any help, how to import my address book from another email program. Otherwise, I like it so much better than what I had (Windows Mail).
