Buy it! This is the only keyboard that follows the natural position of your hands and wrist. If you type a lot, you should have this keyboard. I've used this for 5 years, and I love it! 20 minutes on a flat keyboard (including my laptop) and my wrists hurt. Here's why: Put your hands out in front of you as if you're holding the top of a basketball. Feels good, doesn't it? Now, rotate your hands inward and down, so your thumbs are now parallel to the floor. Not so comfortable, eh? But that's how you're typing all day. I've had at least three of these keyboards, home, office, and I've spilled Coke into a couple and replaced them. Never a problem. (No key delay, ever.) If you have wrist pain, if you think you're getting wrist pain, or if you don't want to develop wrist pain, buy this keyboard. I love it, even though it's from Microsoft. Works great on Mac. Five Stars, plus!

This is a replacement for another (six year old) MS Ergo keyboard. The first lasted quite well and expect this to do the same. The only issue is that the space bar started off stiff, but has loosened up with several weeks of usage. As a side note, I have a wired version in my classroom, and it's space bar didn't have this issue. One potential issue that remains to be seen is the soft palm rest: my old keyboard had a hard palm rest, and that wore smooth with usage over the years...

If you're using your computer all day and night, it's time to pay attention to carpel tunnel syndrome. Your wrists weren't designed to spend the day bent backwards and basically locked in one place.

Pay attention to the instructions so that you "wrap" your hand around the mouse everytime you grasp it.

Easy Set up & use.
Wheel is hard to get used to after 4+ years on a Logitec MX1000 mouse.
I have not found a way to control double click speed for wheel, which is a real pia for CAD work.
Otherwise, very happy with the set.

There is approximately a 5 second delay before keystrokes are registered. It's very frustrating.

This is the first ergonmic keyboard I've used, and I haven't had it long. I work in an office and am on the computer approx 30 hours a week. I'm finding it very comfortable, and it's been easier to adjust to than I expected.

The things I like about the keyboard: battery indicator light, the top row of "extras", the versatality of the different positions you can angle the keyboard.
Things I haven't had a use for on the keyboard: the Zoom button on the center, the Back, Forward buttons on the bottom.
Things I don't like about the keyboard: there are no indicator lights for caps lock, num lock, etc. The space bar is LOUD compared to the rest of the nice, quiet, padded keys.

The mouse fits like a glove, but if you are a female with small hands, you might find it to be too big.
Things I like about the mouse: the four-way scroll.
Things I don't like: So far I haven't had a use for the top and bottom thumb buttons, and I couldn't easily push them without readjusting my hand.

Overall, I'm happy with the purchase...and my wrists are grateful, which was my main objective in buying!
