We have the router connected to a DSL connection and hardwired to a desktop. I addition we have at times 3 laptops connected and rarely have any delays. I am very pleased with the router. I feel the Netgear product is a great value for the price.

I Use this product to connect two computers to one modem for the internet. I like the easy setup and setup directions. I would like a more detailed manual for troubleshooting, even though I did not really need it. That way, I could troubleshoot more of the less common problems this device may have without external service.

I replaced a Linksys Wireless N router with this router, The Linksys was slow and had unreliable connections, also the software was poor. This router solved all my problems and I am very glad I bought it.

Reserved Address didn't work. Port Forwarding was iffy. Tech support was beyond terrible! Had to upgrade to WW firmware vs NA firmware just to get address reservation to work and never could get the port forwarding to fully work! Or if it was working, Tech Support didn't know how to test it. Spent 1 whole day going around with tech support in a foreign country that doesn't understand networking at all and thought it more important to get marketing information from me. It took one agent 10 minutes to answer the question, "what is your ID"!!! I'm not kidding.

wpa is not allowing 168 bit enc. on this product thus if you want 168bts encryption cant used wpa took some time to program because disk would not set it up had to finally had to call Netgear and that was a lot of fun just trying to understand their accents from India !!!
