HOW COME PRICE IS DICOUNTED BY $10 IN A WEEK? MOST PEOPLE DO NOT WANT TO GO BACK TO RETURN AND BUY AT $10 CHEAP PRICE. I PAID [$] WITH REWARD CARD, AND THE NEXT WEEK THE PRICE WAS REDUCED INTO $40. STAPLES SHOULD CONSIDER CONSISTENT PRICING.

They should say that the old Norton should be removed first. (Add/Remove applications)

They should say if an internet connection should be maintained throughout the uninstall and instll.

Otherwise, a simple set of instructions.
