This is the third chair I've bought from Staples, all of them between $150-$200. This one is the worst of the three. Assembly took over an hour due to two factors: too many parts and horrible directions. Once the chair was put together, I realized there were no instructions on how to use the various adjustments. Not much is needed, but some guidance would be helpful. As for the chair's quality, my biggest disappointment is the arms - they are horrible, both in adjustability and in how they are connected to the chair. I wish I would have been smart and checked this chair out in a store before buying it. I could have saved $200.
