I told the salesman that I needed a program to convert PDF files to Word documents. I am an attorney and I receive interrogatories etc. all the time. My scanning program that came with my printer - also purchased at Stapes - does not perform this function - even though I was promised that it would. I bought this printer/scanner just for the first software. When that didn't work, I went back to get more software. Told it would work fine. Got it back to the office and it did nothing. Extremely unfriendly. No support either from [...] or the Manufacturer. I am disguested and irritated that we wasted HOURS trying to get this going. You should pay me!

I need to send out documents that include my signature. Using this program I can create a secure document that protects my digital signature so that others cannot copy it and use it on other documents. It also compresses the size of large documents into much smaller documents so they go thru email much faster. This is much less expensive than the original PDF software made a much larger company.

I needed to convert & create PDF files for my department, and was also looking for the ability to put multiple PDF files into one package. PDF Create fit the bill perfectly, and at a low price when compared to other commercial software. Have been very happy with the results. Two things of note: Once in a while the software can be very slow in converting certain files or groups of files, and once in a blue moon it fails to successfully convert a file to a PDF. I'm not sure if it's coding within certain files, my computer, or what; but it's not often enough to be of concern to me.
