Waste of time, wouldn't even let me answer the phone, it went dead every time I tried. Missed 3 calls from my husband in Iraq, so I plugged in the old one. Don't even bother.

The battery MUST be charged a full 24 hours before it can be used. Otherwise, the battery goes dead almost immediately.

I WAS FOOLED BY THE PICTURES AND THE COST. SO FAR I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE ANY OF THE FEATURES THAT I PAY FOR ON MY PHONE BILL AND I CANNOT STOP THE RED LIGHT FROM BLINKING. THE BOOKS DO NOT TELL ME HOW TO DO ANYTHING AND I HAVE ACTUALLY THROWN AWAY THE MONEY THAT YOU CHARGED ME FOR SUCH CHEPALY MADE PRODUCTS. I WAS COMPLETELY FOOLED BECAUSE I HAD JUST VISITED ONE OF YOUR STORES AND THE PHONES THAT I LOOKED AT WERE BETTER MADE AND HAD THE FEATURES THAT I WANTED.
