I supervise a call center, and we all use this product. It buzzes so loudly in our ears that we have headaches by the end of the day. In fact, they buzz so loudly, our callers have a difficult time hearing us! Also, the way the device sits on our heads and ears end cause pain after a while. They are so long, they sit right in front of our mouths and end up going in our mouths if we aren't careful. They fall out of our ears, off our heads, don't always charge when we have them charging over night, etc. I really could go on and on. Honestly, the only thing we like about these headsets is that we have mobility to move around our offices and to the printers, and that they work sometimes. We do use them primarily, but a lot of people have opted to even keep them off of their desks. It's incredible, really. It's a very high priced headache... literally.

2 out of 3 have gone bad, won't charge. We like them when they worked. Would like to get something similar, but want something that will last. These are not cheap!

This product is a bit large and heavy on the ear for someone using it w/o the headpiece, as I need to. It pinches my ear trying to hang onto it. When I just about find a comfortable spot on my ear and start adjusting the mouthpiece where it should be, it pops off the earpiece. I've taken to letting it dangle at my chin. Callers seem to hear me just fine, but I have a difficult time hearing them. I work in a call center so the mobility to run to the printer or fax while still being able to talk to them is great! Much more efficient than putting them on hold. I recommend using it only with the over-head holder.

The freedom this cordless unit is great. The volume is much better than many other units I have tried. Good volume control, outgoing as well as incoming. The over-the-ear piece gets a bit uncomfortable by the end of the day and will take some getting used to.

A gel type of earbud would subtantially improve upon the quality of sound.
I have tried the over-the-head set-up with the earpad and found the ability to hear impaired.
The current earbud is best but I still have to press on the ear piece to be able to hear the other party clearly.
