This phone has more features than other Plantronics models. It is very easy to set up the phonebook feature for quick calling. You can capture incoming numbers to add to the phonebook. One liability is the tiny number keys. And when they are backlit, it is almost impossible to see the number, because it blends with the color of the key. Helps to memorize key locations, cause you really can't see the numbers.

Ear piece is not very comfortable and not easy to answer quickly. Switching to call waiting with
the ear set is, I think, not possible. Storage of numbers and the telephone book system is not as easy as former plantronics phones. The number keys are VERY small. Honestly, I've had better plantronics phones that were far less expensive, although they were using a wired headset. I'll use this one for as long as it lasts, but I wouldn't buy another one and I wouldn't recommend this one..for the cost, the quality is not there.

I work from home and need to be able to have long - multi-hour conversations with many people on conference calls. The phone is very clear, the battery is long lasting and the blue tooth headset fits my ear perfectly.I have TWO PROBLEMS with this phone - there is NO off switch - so if I travel from my Office in NY to my office in Boston and want to take it with me - it beeps at me until I arrive! Second gripe is my cablevision carrier does not deliver the 1 prefix on calls - so if I try to select it and call it back - it fails to connect - would be nice to program that function into the unit. I do LOVE this phone and DO recommend it - just wish I could turn it OFF!

I have only used this for about a week so far and it seems to be working just fine. The keypad buttons are a bit small but other than that I haven't had any issues. It is a bit annoying that everytime you make a call you have to hit the button on the headset in order to hear it through the headset but you get used to it.
