I love these pens but I am frustrated that no one, even Staples, carries the refill flags even though it says, right on the package that they can be refilled. Whats up with that?

I mainly use the Flag Pen for knitting patterns. It is helpful in keeping track of the odd rows in a pattern. Example: Row 1 Knit Row 2 Purl 4, Knit 4 Knit all odd rows unless noted.It very helpful in minimizing eye wondering. I forgot to mention I got a free black one from [...] and was in love.

I use the product to mark and flag important passages in books I am reading but I'd love to have more variety in pen colors e.g. red or purple for marking and flag colors. Even better: a highlighter with flags
