We use this cutter for all postcards, business cards, reply cards, referrals, coupons, flyers, etc. A heavy duty machine, all manual. Good production capacity, e.g. it took about 3 hours to cut 6,000 postcards out of sheets of 67# cover stock. A single cut can be a stack a couple inches thick, although alignment is a bit easier with a smaller stack. The clamp is very effective - the stack of paper doesn't move if the clamp is tightened down. You can shave 1/32" off the stack easily. The only complaint is the positioning of the cut; it takes practice to hit the cut line accurately since there's no simple guideline to go by.
