I've tried twice to record messages on both lines and so far, I have been unsuccessful. And it's a hassle to return things. That's just the way it is, so I will use it until I get frustrated enough to buy a replacement

Should have read reviews before spending the money. Answering system went down and locked up the entire phone. RCA no help over the phone. As a telecommuting business line, I have been out of work for 1 1/2 days. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!

I am trying to replace my second one in less than 4 months. The answering machine [*] out and then locks up the phone completely. Now [...] my only replacement choice is twice as much. I'm extremely disappointed by this machine [...].
